At JOYPIXELCOM, we specialize in collectible figures, collectible models, retro gaming consoles, and gaming accessories. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Our products may include new items, pre-owned collectibles, limited editions, and pre-order products.

All return, cancellation, and refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team before any item is returned or any order is canceled.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. All Sales Are Final — General Policy

All product sales are considered final unless a return, cancellation, exchange, or refund is approved by JOYPIXELCOM or required by applicable law.

We do not offer unconditional or change-of-mind refunds after delivery as a general store policy.

Do not ship an item to our warehouse or any other address without receiving return instructions from our support team.

3. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a cancellation is permitted under our voluntary cancellation policy, a 5% cancellation and payment-processing fee may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.

The fee is intended to cover applicable transaction and order-processing costs and is not a penalty.

If applicable law requires a full refund or prohibits the fee in the circumstances, we will follow the law.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available under our voluntary cancellation policy. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

4. Pre-Order Figures and Collectibles

Pre-order products are reserved or ordered in anticipation of a future release or shipment.

Before placing a pre-order, customers are encouraged to contact our support team to confirm product details, estimated release dates, expected shipping arrangements, and availability.

• Where cancellation is permitted under our voluntary pre-order policy, a 5% cancellation fee may be deducted from the refundable amount, where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.

• If the product has already shipped, the ordinary cancellation policy may no longer apply, subject to any mandatory statutory rights.

• If JOYPIXELCOM cannot fulfill a pre-order or a shipping delay requires a refund under applicable law, any required refund will be provided without an unlawful deduction.

Release dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. If a release date changes, we will provide updates and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

5. Returns After Delivery

As a general store policy, JOYPIXELCOM does not offer unconditional returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving an order.

However, this policy does not eliminate statutory rights that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

For eligible online purchases, certain European customers may have a statutory withdrawal period. Products that are defective, materially misdescribed, incorrect, or non-conforming may also qualify for remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. International Shipping Damage

Collectible figures and their packaging may be vulnerable to damage during international transportation.

If an item arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us promptly and provide:

• Photos of the outside shipping carton.

• Photos of the internal protective packaging.

• Photos of the damaged product and original packaging.

• Any relevant carrier damage report or delivery documentation.

Please retain the shipping materials until our team has reviewed the claim.

JOYPIXELCOM does not offer voluntary returns or refunds solely for minor cosmetic packaging imperfections that were accurately disclosed before purchase or that do not qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

For damage caused during international transportation, we will review the evidence and determine the appropriate next steps, including a carrier claim where applicable.

We cannot categorically exclude refunds, replacement, repair, or other remedies that are required by applicable law. Where the law makes the seller responsible for damage before delivery, this policy does not transfer that responsibility to the customer or carrier.

7. New and Pre-Owned Products

JOYPIXELCOM sells both new and pre-owned products.

Please review the product listing carefully before ordering. For pre-owned items, descriptions and photographs should identify known material defects, significant wear, missing accessories, and other relevant condition details.

Normal wear or cosmetic imperfections that were clearly disclosed before purchase do not automatically qualify for a voluntary return.

However, undisclosed material defects, inaccurate descriptions, or failures to meet applicable legal requirements will be handled in accordance with the customer's statutory rights.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
