All figure and model products are [not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges]. After receiving the product, [please do not immediately open the packaging]. Please inspect the product through the transparent inner packaging to ensure it is complete and undamaged. If you find any broken or missing parts, please do not open the inner packaging. If you have already opened the box, please contact customer service with a video and contact our store immediately to resolve any after-sales issues.
Because figures are a special category of product, opening the packaging affects resale value. Once the unique packaging is opened, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product itself has serious quality issues or is missing parts.
