Given the specialized nature of collectible figures, all sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted once an item has been sold. We cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing defects resulting from the official factory's production processes.
Secure Packaging — We take every precaution to ensure safe transit. Each item is packed in a sturdy 5-ply corrugated cardboard outer box, reinforced with a double layer of bubble wrap for added protection. We are committed to safeguarding your purchase to the fullest extent possible, ensuring it arrives at your delivery address in pristine condition.
