Given the specialized nature of collectible figures, all items are considered final sale; returns and exchanges are not accepted once an item has been sold. Our store assumes no liability for any manufacturing defects resulting from the official factory's production processes.
Secure Packaging — We take every precaution to ensure safe transit. We utilize sturdy 5-ply corrugated cardboard boxes for outer packaging, reinforced with a double layer of bubble wrap for added protection. We are committed to safeguarding your items to the fullest extent possible, ensuring they arrive at your delivery address in pristine, undamaged condition.
