Collectible figures and model toys are [not eligible for seven-day no-reason returns or exchanges]. After receiving the product, [please do not immediately open the packaging]. You must inspect the product through the transparent inner packaging to ensure it is complete and undamaged. If you find any broken or missing parts, please do not open the outer packaging further. If you have already opened the packaging, please contact customer service with a video and contact our store immediately to resolve any after-sales issues.
Because collectible figures are a special category of product, opening the packaging affects their resale value. Once the unique packaging is opened, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product itself has serious quality issues or is missing parts.
