Given the specialized nature of collectible figures, all sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted. We cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing defects resulting from the official factory's production processes.
Secure Packaging — We take every precaution to ensure safe transit, utilizing a five-layer corrugated cardboard box for the outer packaging, reinforced with a double layer of bubble wrap for added protection. We are committed to safeguarding your item to the fullest extent possible, ensuring it arrives at your delivery address in pristine condition.
