Free shipping is included, and orders are dispatched within three business days. Please note that some items may need to be sourced from Japan if not currently in stock, which will extend the delivery time; by placing an order, you agree to this potential wait. For figures, minor imperfections or slight color variations are considered standard; items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Refunds are available prior to shipment but are subject to a 2% processing fee. Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.
